This wine is made from grapes from the best vineyards. When the stems are removed and the grapes are crushed, they are put into fermentation together with the skins. During the process, they are in contact with wood. Subsequently, the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature. It produces the very special taste that is so typical of the variety. The wine is bottled at the Yenda estate in New South Wales. Aromas from berries, vanilla and oak, slightly earthy undertone with soft, ripe fruit in perfect harmony with fine tannins.
