Masso Antico Le Anfore Rosso Salento IGT 0.75l

This beautiful wine comes from the southern part of Italy, more specifically Puglia.

The grapes are hand-picked and initially stored in clay amphora, which allows the wine to oxygenate and thereby gives the wine a special expression.

After that comes the must in French and American oak barrels. This results in a powerful wine, with a long aftertaste, but at the same time a really pleasant and soft feeling,

There are notes of vanilla, chocolate and coffee.

The wine has 15% alcohol, which is well integrated - and makes the wine go very well with simmering food and slightly heavier dishes.
