Description
Grand Sud Merlot 3 L BiB France Languedoc-Roussillon / 100% Merlot / Color: Clear, very intense / Wine description: The grape is harvested when it is fully ripe. This is followed by de-stemming and crushing. Temperature-controlled fermentation (approx. 32 °C), for 6 to 12 days. The grapes are pressed with the greatest care. The wine is then clarified, filtered and bottled. / Recommendation: Light meat, poultry, grilled meat, salad, cheese
