Alìe is an elegant rosé with a light color and ruby ​​red hue. It is a stylish and beautifully balanced blend of Syrah and Vermentino, both grape varieties that express their qualities best when grown near the sea. 

The elegant composition of aromas in the wine makes it completely unique. In the nose there are notes of citrus fruits, flowers and wild strawberries, which lift each other up and give the wine a highly aromatic character. In terms of taste, peach, grapefruit and tropical fruits in particular stand out. Later in the development, there are Mediterranean herbs such as thyme, sage and rosemary. This full-bodied and aromatic wine has a long aftertaste with a nice mineral touch, which is typical of the wines from this area.

With its delicate structure and long aftertaste, Alìe is a fantastic aperitif wine, but also works very well as a companion to a wonderful meal, for example with fish and shellfish.
