Description
A light, very modern cava, much appreciated for its refreshing character and made from a special blend of the three traditional, indigenous white varieties from the Penedes region. The palate is refreshing, and the sparkling moment creates a fine balance between the green notes and the citrus fruits. It is light but long and elegant. The fruity character of this Cavas is primarily due to the low fermentation temperatures, which are between 14 and 16 °C, which means that a large percentage of the natural aromas from the grapes are preserved in the finished wine.
