We would like to remind you that as clearly stated in the order confirmation, the transportation cost is invoiced after the quantity of the product is reviewed. We offered you a transportation price, which you refused. Therefore, we cannot arrange the transport ourselves.
We would also like to mention that the order cannot be cancelled due to the type of products being shipped. The order is currently in our transport center and we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
