Aroma and taste characters in this Chill Out Shiraz Rose have tones of summer fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries, fine notes of pink grapefruit and a round and well-balanced taste that ends in a gentle, fresh citrus character. The wine should be enjoyed chilled, either alone or as an accompaniment to light dishes such as grilled fish, chicken and chicken salads or seasonal salads with e.g. watermelon and feta cheese. The grapes are harvested close to the beaches of Santa Cruz, California, where the Shiraz grapes have optimal growing conditions and mature with plenty of fruit and flavor characters. The wine is produced by the experienced Chill Out team and the grapes are carefully selected. Furthermore, it is a 100% Vegan-friendly wine.
