Produced from a blend of Calvados varieties from the Pays d'Auge whose age varies from 3 to 5 years. Boulard Grand Solage is characterized by its apple aroma and beautiful amber color. The taste is clean and fresh with lots of fruit followed by vanilla and oak. Perfect after the meal but also nice as an aperitif with tonic and ice cream.
