AU Salice Salentino DOC Riserva 0.75L

AU Salice Salentino Riserva is made from carefully selected grapes harvested around the town of Salice Salentino in Salento, Apulia.

Riserva alludes to the wine being aged for 18 months, 6 of which are in oak barrels, to achieve more intensity and more nuances in the wine. The vines have an average age of approx. 25 years.

The wine has aromas of blackberries and cherries as well as plums and spices, and the taste follows with a pleasant fullness and a long aftertaste.

The wine is extremely suitable for roasted red meat, pasta dishes or homemade pizza.
