AU, which is the chemical term for gold, is produced from perfectly sun-ripened grapes from Apulia in southern Italy. AU Rose has a charming and fruity aroma of ripe red fruits, such as raspberries and strawberries, followed by a soft and fresh mouthfeel that ends with a pleasant natural acidity.
