Alsace Gewurztraminer Dagobert. Gewurztraminer is a classic grape variety from the Alsace region in France, behind some of the world's best-selling white wines. Alsace Gewurztraminer Dagobert is no exception; the wine here is known for its almost perfumed aroma, as well as the full and semi-dry taste. The Gewurztraminer grape is often confused with a red wine grape in its ripe state. However, Dagobert is fully focused on a careful treatment of the must, which is why this only results in a light golden colour. The taste also has aromas of rose hips, exotic fruit and apricot. Alsace Gewurztraminer Dagobert is served at a temperature of 10 degrees and goes particularly well with a cheese board, fish dishes or as a tasty aperitif.
