It is a classic method for white wine production, where the skins, stems and grape seeds are removed before fermentation. Mateus Rosé gets its characteristic color from the brief contact with the dark red skins of the grapes. Vinification proceeds slowly and at a strictly controlled temperature. It guarantees the wine's balanced, fresh and fruity quality, which goes perfectly with the light dishes of Asian or Mediterranean cuisine. / Recommendation: Aperitif, light dishes, for barbecue
